Working only for the domestic market Ideal Electric wanted to enter the contracting market and pivot to B2B.in order to obtain larger contracts.

What we did 

We created a strategy that completely repositioned the business. We spoke to a new audience in both the public and private sectors. We successfully rebranded, created new services, and smashed all the sales targets.

Took the company from 120k to 4million in under a year.
