Food & Drink Experience | Food development | Clwdian Range Food Trail & Good Grub Club | North East Wales |
A magnitude of Food and drink producers from North Wales deserve the reputation of quality and taste, but sometimes they need some help to promote the news. We were tasked by Clwydian Range Food Trail and Llangollen and Dee Valley Good Grub Club to showcase local food producers as part of “Light Up local Food” Project at 5 Christmas Markets in Hawarden, Buckley, St Asaph, Denbigh & Llangollen.
Shelly was tasked to market small local food producers in preparation for Christmas sales.
‘Stock your shelves with local produce’ was the message. Shelly did this by making local food accessible to everyone through events communications, kids activities, food demonstrations and partnering with local organisations.
Alongside traditional marketing, a strong digital marketing campaign full of videos, photos and interviews with food produces built a excitement about the “Light Up Local Food” popping up in Christmas Markets across North East Wales.
10 new startups, as well as established producers, were supported during the project helping them sell their products to new customers, build a brand recognition and presence online during the busy Christmas period.
